Welcome to DRIVEN Archive. By creating an account or using the DRIVEN application ("App"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using DRIVEN, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You retain ownership of any stories, photos, ratings, and other content ("User Content") you submit to DRIVEN. By posting User Content, you grant DRIVEN Archive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, misleading, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. DRIVEN Archive reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
DRIVEN is designed as a respectful, non-competitive community. You agree to engage with other users in a civil and constructive manner. Harassment, spam, hate speech, and personal attacks are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You must have the right to share any photos you upload. Do not post images owned by others without permission. DRIVEN Archive is not responsible for copyright disputes between users.
Ratings and impressions should be honest and respectful. Manipulating ratings, creating fake accounts to influence scores, or coordinating rating campaigns is prohibited.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO). For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by third-party service providers located outside the EU, as described in our Privacy Policy.
DRIVEN Archive may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's profile settings. Upon account deletion, all your personal data and content will be permanently removed from our servers.
DRIVEN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content posted by users. Use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRIVEN Archive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App.
